Hey peeps! Linden Labs has made it so the SL Home and Garden Expo has a few more days! If you haven’t checked it out yet, you’re missing out on a great way to contribute to Relay For Life. As I stated in my previous post, there are creators with items up for grabs that contribute either 100% sale donations or 50% sale donations to RFL. In addition there is an auction and many creators have decorated homes to compete for the most donations to RFL. One of the homes I visited is on the water and named the Beach Cabin. House No. 11 is a cozy little home with a small living area, spacious foyer and bedroom upstairs, and an outdoor kitchen and dining area perfect for enjoying a view of the water. The dock also offers easy access to moor a boat. Come take a look at the wonderful work Alec Rogue has done on his build and donate some linden if you can to his donation kiosk. Every linden donated is a vote for their home and 100% go to RFL!

February, the month of love and romance, is almost over. While most think of it as the time for couples, it’s also a good time to show ourselves a bit of self-love. A reminder if you will, that YOU are amazing and deserving of love just the way you are. Whether you fit into one of society’s supposed “perfect” boxes or dance to the beat of your own drum, we’re all a work in progress just trying to win our battles each day. So in honor of love and being true to ourselves, treat yourself this month. Buy yourself your favorite treat, watch your favorite show or movie, and just take a moment each day to look in the mirror and tell yourself “I’m awesome the way I am.”
With the onset of spring fast approaching, I often find myself wanting to redecorate to give my surroundings a fresh look. Sprucing up my home is therapeutic for me and I’ve found some lovely things recently. =EC Designs= has created some fun new furniture sets for your homes inworld which are currently being exclusively sold at the SL Home and Garden Expo. The Home and Garden Expo is a huge event that supports Relay For Life, a cause near and dear to many of us. One of their new adorable sets that is up for 50/50 Donations is the Garden Patio Set. Lastly, they have an item up for auction for the Expo. The Sheltered Lounge provides a cozy shady spot to relax or cuddle up with your loved one, which is being offered up in an event exclusive color. Hello everyone! It’s been some time since I’ve last posted. My Muse took a little holiday but she’s been tempted back by a few events that have recently begun. Today I am sharing an item from one of my favorite shops, =EC Designs=, that is currently on sale at the SL Home and Garden Expo.
=EC Designs= has created a beautiful raft that will be perfect for lazy summer days in the heat on the river. There are so many poses loaded into this raft that you will never run out of options whether you are single or cuddled up with a special someone. Six avatars can sit on the All Aboard Raft which means you have quite a few seating combinations between six singles, 3 couples, or some variation of the two. While couples do need to sit in a certain spot for the poses to mesh appropriately for female and male couples, individuals may sit in any location and choose from female or male pose menus. No matter which menu you’re using, there are TONS of options. While at the SL Home and Garden Expo, this fantastic piece will be discounted and 100% of its sales go to Relay for Life so you will be contributing to a good cause while also getting a good deal!
