It’s Never Quite As It Seems

There is a strange magic in the air; I sensed it not long ago, shifting and turning about as it changes directions. Before the new moon, my energies were high, my hopes great. Like the sea, the tidal changes keep me off balance but one thing is for certain. I will never quit dreaming and feeling the magic with every change. Change, that thing we all detest because it brings the strange, the unknown, the chaos, and often the painful. Yet, with each change, no matter dark or light, there is beauty.

So as we embrace the coming of summer, shedding the dregs of a cold winter, remember to take with you winter’s bittersweetness. Without the dark, there is no light.  Take the darkness, mold it and shape it as you dream, using it to fuel your passions for the coming seasons and your dreams.

Less than a day left of the Cart Sale and I’m still finding gems to pick up. Today I am wearing some cute earrings from Poème that are mandalas and come in a range of colors to choose from. Pair them with your favorite bohemian look or some jeans and t-shirt for a little extra charm.

On my back you can see a new tattoo I found from InnerJoy Love Designs called Henna. It’s a beautifully done tattoo that comes with Omega appliers with the option of light or dark depending on how new you want it to look. Classic tattoo layers are also included. For 10L, this is a real steal. I also picked up more nail polish from De’Fient Unicorn. This set is for Maitreya Lara nails only and has a hud with fIve color options for both hands and feet.

For the guys, there’s some nice casual clothing to snatch up. My friend is wearing the shirt from the Faded Denim Weekend set by Dark Water Designs.This set comes with two versions of the shirt, with or without the undershirt, in TMP, 3 fitted mesh, and 3 standard mesh sizes. Shorts come in four mesh sizes. Overall fit was good and the set is set up for mixing and matching with other clothing.

Lastly I am sharing a newer release from Dictatorshop that is currently at ROMP. The Contempo bed is loaded with all of your favorite animations and matching leathers to go with the Contempo line. There are three different options for sale; PG, Adult Vanilla, and Adult Kink. PG version has only the cuddles and snuggles, no adult animations. Adult Vanilla adds the fun animations but none of the bondage related ones. Saying All the Things I’m Thinking…

Hello lovely people! The Cart Sale’s 10th Birthday/Anniversary round is nearing its end but I wanted to share a few more things to find there. All of the creators have really put in a ton of extra effort to make this a special event so don’t miss it before it ends on November 1st!

I have been feeling a little bit sexy lately and this is partly due to the new lingerie set I got from Dark Water Designs. This set is a gacha with babydoll dresses and panties that you can mix and match or if you snag the ultra rare, it is the fatpack of every solid lace and print option. The rares are fatpacks of the solid lace OR the print options. My favorite is the black and gray print version but there are many other pretty options to collect. For this post, my special man is guest starring and he seemed to like this set quite a bit as well. Sizes for this gacha are available for the Maitreya, all three Bellezas, both Slinks, TMP, and Standard bodies. Each pull is only 20L so play have fun playing this gacha and tease your man ladies! Or the fellas can gift them to their special someone too. 😉

Another lovely piece I found at the Cart Sale is from ..::battle fairy::.. and comes in several pattern versions. It fits nicely but careful how you lay, you may want some panties ladies! Mesh models included in each print version are made for Maitreya, all three Bellezas, both Slinks, TMP, and Standard bodies. Standard mesh models come in five sizes. If you’re feeling daring, grab this gem while it is on sale!

Some of the furniture I used in the first photo are from events that have been going on in October. On the wall is a clock from An Lema that I thought was spooky fun and it is one of several items they have at the Cart Sale. Unless you are good at scripting/building, moving it around is a bit tricky because the pendulum seems to only swing on one rotation. For decor though, it suits the mood of the room plenty for me.

I also wanted to share this piece from Dictatorshop that I got in the October Bound Box. The Venus Cubed Ladies Entertainment Center is excellent for teasing, pleasing, and lounging around. While animations are heavily geared towards females, there are still plenty of options for males to enjoy including the couples’ animations. There are not couple’s pg poses except for the dances so keep little ones away from this or tuck it away in your playroom. Textures can be changed via the Dictatorshop logo on the back as well as security options. If you’d like, you can also try adding your own textures to it for more versatility. From Vicarious Youth at the Cart Sale, you’ll find a few Halloween themed outfits. Some are matching for moms and their little girls, some are for teens or adults.  The outfit I’m wearing is Resting Witch Face and comes in five standard mesh sizes and mesh models for Maitreya, Belleza, and Slink. Bottoms and tops are combined so it’s easy fitting.

On my shoulder is a little Voodoo gacha from =EC Designs= that they made for Cart Sale. Each one is scripted to randomly say something or you can click it to pester it into saying something as well. Voodoo dolls are also customizable if you want them to say something else. Collect them all!

Lastly I want to share another item from =EC Designs= that is at the Cart Sale. For 50L, this piece has a LOT of animations to help you get cozy and comfy for the season. As someone who likes to let out her inner cat, this lounger is purrrfect for curling up with a good book or with your sweetie to enjoy some fresh air. All of these poses are PG so no worries if you have little ones. They may want you to put it in their room too because they can sit on top!

Sparks Fly From Her Finger Tips

Hi there guys! I hope you are all well and enjoying the fall colors. I know I am. I am also enjoying the fantastic creations merchants are putting out for the season. Right now the Cart Sale is having a special event for their 10 year Anniversary sale. On top of their usual 10L sale there are also gachas! This event will be going on longer than normal to give everyone plenty of time to shop. I have some peeks at what you can find there.

One of my favorite pieces this round is the gacha set from Mishmash Fusion. The Cobwebbed Dress has rich colors overlayed with spiderwebs that give it just a subtle spooky feel and the ruffle trim is nice and soft so you’ll still look cute. Each color comes in standard fitted and mesh sizes for for Maitreya, Slink Physique & Hourglass, Belleza Freya, Isis, & Venus; and eBody bodies. There are no rares so be sure to play it a few times! Only 20L a pull! To match the dress, I’m wearing The Dark Fae’s Samba heels which come fitted for Maitreya, Slink, and Belleza feet. The rare for this gacha is a fatpack will every color option.

My wonderful friend Mits picked up another dress from Mishmash Fusion that is on sale, the Lillian Dress Day of the Dead in pink. This dress comes in the same sizes as the Cobwebbed Dress and is covered in sugar skulls on the skirt. You’ll find matching shoes shaped like coffins for standard, Maitreya, Slink, and Belleza feet.

Both Mits and I are wearing nail polish from Koffin Nails that are on sale at the Cart Sale. They come in appliers for Maitreya, Slink, and omega. I’m wearing the special Pumpkin Spice Latte nail polish because I am a sucker for pumpkins and anything harvest-y. Check out our nails!

The living room set is from =EC Designs= and is called the Hideaway Parlor Set, which is comprised of five pieces sold for 10L apiece. A chair, couch, coffee table, side table, and lamp for 50L is a fantastic bargain. The couches come in in a version with a blanket and leaf pattern on the storage baskets and a version without the blanket and a pumpkin on the basket. There are PG couples and single sits in the couch and single sits in the chairs so there are plenty of options for everyone in the family.

On the wall are pictures that come in a set inspired by Edgar Allen Poe created by *PAN*. Also included in the set is a shelf that is not shown and the Nevermore lettering on the table. The pumpkins are from a gacha by Sequel with just one rare that I found to be darling and perfect for adding a touch of Halloween without going scary. The candelabra in the corner has a menu that let’s you pick the metal texture, candle flame type, and light colors. Even when it’s not spooky season, these pieces are great for any home.

Lastly I wanted to share the Crystal Skull that I have on the coffee table. Made by Dark Knight Decor, this fun rotating skull in a crystal will read your fortune when touched. Varying messages are pre-loaded into the notecard contents but it is fully customizeable so you can create your own fortunes! Or make some to scare your friends. Just remember what you put out comes back to you threefold!

I’m Hungry… I Hope You’ll Feed Me

For those of us in the Northern Hemisphere, we are finally seeing warmer temperatures and a bit of sun here and there (well at least some of us). With the warmer weather, moods are improving and getting a little more flirty. I know I am ready for some summer fun. But before that I decided I needed to update some of my furniture for when I have guests. Before reading further, please note, while there is no nudity, adult furniture is pictured below.

I’ve Been An Awfully Good Girl…

Hi everyone! I know things have been pretty quiet around here lately. I had a very bad cold for over a week then have been running around to doctor appointments and juggling multiple school projects. But I am back! And just in time for all the holiday buzz. This post is just the start of a few because I am happy to announce I will be blogging for the Cart Sale at the Wash again which runs from December 14^th 2016 through January 4, 2017. So without further ado, let’s see what treats we have to play with until the Wash opens, shall we?

To start things off, I’d like to talk about this lovely throne I’m sitting on with my handsome friend. Dictatorshop created this beautifully detailed Dragon Throne with the same animations as the popular Oak Leaf Throne. If you look closely, you can see the delicate Celtic knotwork carved into the wood along with the dragon heads and clawed feet of the throne’s front legs. While this may not exactly suit the typical household décor theme, it would be excellent for roleplay sims or an older styled home. I personally love Celtic designs and dragons and have an eclectic style in my home. Included animations are Solosits, Cuddles, Kisses, Dances, and adult animations under the MaleDom and FemDom menus. Smooth and easy to adjust via the Adjust button in the menu, these animations will delight anyone who wants to feel royal.

Feel like dressing up and looking festive? Mishmash Fusion has just what the ladies need with one of their newest releases, Feeling Elvish. Shiny and soft like satin, this dress will have you dancing and singing Christmas carols in no time with all the options. It comes with five standard sizes and fitted mesh models for Maitreya Lara, Slink Physique, and Slink Hourglass. The included Hud allows you to pick between 8 color options for the top, top frill, bottom, bottom extra frill, belt, and 4 metal options for the belt buckle. Not quite happy with these choices? Heart As Black As Night

Hello pretties! I am back again with more from Mishmash Fusion and REIGN to brighten your day. 🙂 The other night I was a bit lost in thought and decided to take a walk on the dock near some friends’ house. A friend of mine wanted to tag along too so I made him stand in the rain with me. He didn’t seem to mind too much…

And Now You’re Mine

Occasionally, we all encounter people who annoy us, give us the creeps, or do something that results in causing us pain. For the past few months I’ve been healing and rediscovering myself. Part of this process has led me to meet some interesting characters and some of them, are not so great. I’ll admit, my witchy side started to take over. So, as any good girl (or is that bad?) would do, I went into my attic and wove some spells to summon a demon for a little vengeance. Hint: Check the window. Who said we can’t help Karma along?

To cast my spell, I decided to wear something to give me a bit of extra confidence. My dress is from Mishmash Fusion and comes in a great selection of colors. With only a few days left in April, there’s still a surprising number of events that have not been open long and will be ending at the end of the month. A bit like stardom for some people I’d expect. Short lived fame, but fantastic nonetheless. Today I’m sharing a couple things you can find at ROMP and a hunt gift for the Fame & Fortune Hunt. Heads up, I’m featuring an item with adult poses along with singles and couples cuddles.

Cold as Ice and Black Friday Sales

It’s Black Friday Weekend, and the stores are having great sales on many of their items.  Two of my favorite shops, Magika and Delirium Style, are having sales for a limited time.  Naturally I could not pass up a bargain. 🙂

For Black Friday, Delirium Style is having a 60% off sale for the whole weekend. I decided to get this cute top and vest combo. It comes with a Hud to change the colors of the top and texture of the vest.  One of the reasons I like this top is that it looks like something I own in real life and enjoy wearing.  One problem I have sometimes in sl is that I still like to find clothes I would wear in real life.  A lot of the clothing for women can be a bit more provocative than I’m comfortable with in either world, so this piece was really nice to see.

Magika was invited to be a part of Linden Lab’s 12 Days of Savings event on Marketplace.  Lots of designers have nice discounts on some of their marketplace items for this event.  Long and flowing in gorgeous waves down the back, this hair is great for any day you just want to brush it out and let it do it’s own thing.  Hair has a mind of its own sometimes and I was more than happy to let it flow.  On sale for a limited time, Empty Gold 03 has a Hud with dipped dyed hair with just the right blend of colors.

We ❤ RP will be closing soon to get ready for the next round.  I, as always, always find lots of neat things each month and had to share a few finds with you.  Although this look lacks wings, it still plays with my Faerie nature of wonder and magic.

I was immediately entranced with this little dress by .Moon Amore. because of the playful cut and color.  The dress comes with a Hud to change between two colors on various sections such as the skirt, the mesh skirt overlay, ruffles on the top, and ribbons.  I usually wear a size M but the skirt actually looks better a size up for me.

The mesh eyes I’m wearing from [Bentbox] are really neat because of how much you can customize them. Size, rotation, position are fairly standard but it’s nice how the Hud for movement controls are laid out.  There’s also a dilation Hud that gives you the option of a few fixed pupil sizes or automatic dilation.  But the BEST part is the color customization Hud.  Not only are there plenty of eye colors, solera colors, and the option to tint the solera, iris, and pupil, but there’s also buttons to activate the right or left eye separately!  I absolutely love that these mesh eyes offer an endless array of combos.  For designers, the developers kit was included as well.

Plastik, or The Plastik, creates outstandingly beautiful designs.  The intricate detail of this ring set looks flawless and includes many gem and metal options on the Hud.  Note that this set is designed for Maitreya hands and Slink Casual Hands.  While you don’t get to tint the gems to your own colors, there’s plenty of choices to match anything you will be wearing (or not if that’s your style lol).  I had fun with these rings. 🙂

Lastly, I adore the pose set done by the collaboration of Miwa and .Nomore. poses. The crystal I’m holding is included in a copy designed to match each of five poses. I’ve featured three of my favorite poses.  Cute and fun, it would make a great addition for anyone who loves magic. ❤
