You Charge Me Up Like Electricity

When we think of the future, our minds often picture flying cars, holograms, hover boards, and traveling to other planets. Some of our more creative thoughts bring to mind light sabers, aliens, healing chambers, and robots with AI so believable they could be mistaken for a human. Science fiction literature, video games, TV shows, and film bring these visions to life in ways that are awe inspiring. If you’re a lover of the genre, the Sci-fi Con is for you and is only open for a couple more days. I am sharing a few pieces that =EC Designs= and Mishmash Fusion have at the RFL event.

Mishmash Fusion has new dresses for Sci-fi Con that will have you ready to go clubbing or feeling like a galactic princess. The dress I’m wearing is called Nyota and it is the Purple Pulsar color. Without advanced lighting on, it is a nice black dress. Turn on advanced lighting and you get a sexy electrifying number that will hypnotize any onlookers. Sizes included for this dress fit Altamura Sofia, eBody Classic and Curvy, Belleza Freya, Isis, and Venus; Slink Physique and Hourglass, and Maitreya Lara mesh bodies. This specific color is a 100% donation dress which means all sales go to RFL. If you like hunting, the gown my friend is wearing is one of the hunt items Mishmash Fusion is offering. Don’t worry, a gift for guys is included as well! The Elation Gown in Infected is a fun color changing gown that slowly shifts and moves at the same time. Sizes for this futuristic style come fitted for eBody, Belleza Freya, Isis, and Venus; Slink Hourglass, Maitreya Lara mesh bodies. A Standard mesh size is also included. Find this beauty and steal the show at your next party.

If you are looking for some furniture for your space station, =EC Designs= has just what you need. The Group Seating set in Hex is perfect for the tech fans with its neon lighting around the edges. You’ll find a sectional couch that seats three people and the stool will seat one person. Other seating included are loveseats with and without cushions and a corner chair. Each seat comes equipped with animations for both female and male avatars no matter where you sit. Loveseats and the Sectional sofa have PG couples animations. With all of these options, you can find the perfect arrangement of seating for any home. And All I Can Taste is This Moment

Fantasy Faire recently opened and as always, each sim showcases such spectacular and jaw-dropping creativity by both the sim builders and merchants who participate in this special Relay for Life charity event. Each themed sim is sponsored and lovingly designed by different SecondLife creators with care and attention to detail. If you have never been to Fantasy Faire before, you are missing out on artistry and talent. Today I will be sharing a couple items from =EC Designs= and Mishmash Fusion that are being sold with 100% of sales being donated to Relay for Life in this event.

Mishmash Fusion has created several outfits in many colors that are all set as 100% donation items at Fantasy Faire. A few of these colors are exclusive to the event. Today I am wearing Rena’s Outfit in Fantasy, which is the event exclusive color. Rena’s Outfit is a smexy leafy look for all of the faery looking for something light and airy. Each one comes with vine wraps for arms and legs, a skirt, and two different top options. When Streams Are Ripe and Swelled with Rain

Hello again! I know it’s been a little longer than I expected since my last post but real life decided to bless me with a spring cold. I am doing better now and have some cute finds from the Cart Sale for you to see. A quick note; the Cart Sale now allows merchants to sell six items for 10 lindens, six items for 25 lindens, and one item for 50 lindens. Now on to the goodies!

One of the first goodies I’ve found at the Cart Sale was a very cute dress from Mishmash Fusion. The Someday Minidress comes in a selection of six colors, each for 25 lindens. Sizes included fit Slink Physique and Hourglass, Belleza Isis, Freya, and Venus, and Maitreya Lara mesh bodies. This cute dress has a lovely lace skirt overlay and small suspenders straps that add just a touch of quirk. If you look closely, I am wearing a tattoo with ravens by Innerjoy Love Tattoo. There are many beautiful and colorful tattoos for sale but I love ravens of the Worthy Life tattoo in black ink which comes in Maitreya and omega appliers and includes standard tattoo layers.

If you’re looking to add some spring joy to your home and garden, you will find a nice selection of flowers and other decorations at the Cart Sale. In front of the windows I’ve placed some climbing roses from the Home Store. With the scent of roses in the air, the promise of new life creates a warm atmosphere. A small jug from Dark Knight Décor makes a nice vase for freshly cut flowers as a centerpiece on my new table. Dark Knight Décor also made my breakfast tray which has yummy coffee and bagels fresh from the kitchen. If coffee is not your beverage of choice, you might try =EC Designs= lovely little Spring Tea Set with their acorn teapot and tea cups. You can find the table at the SL Home & Garden Expo along with a decorative shelf that is also up for sale from Dictatorshop. On the floor I’ve spread some candles and flowers I found from LpOca. Along with these flowers, LpOca has many other flower arrangements including a window planter and some pitchers used as vases. Lastly, I picked up a cute chair from Kitty Creations that has a lovely velvet softness to it. You can change the texture between three colors and the chair fits nicely in small corners for both single sitters or a couple of avatars.

Winter is always a strange and often magical time of year. Staying warm warm however can often be a challenge, particularly if you’re looking for functional fashion. One place to look is at the Cart Sale where you can find great deals for 10 linden.

You Know I Know, Yes, I’ve Been Told I Redefine a Sin

Most people learn about sin either through the religion their family teaches and raises them with or though literature, movies, tv, or art. We learn there are seven original sins: lust, greed, gluttony, sloth, wrath, avarice, and pride. On one hand, we learn that sins are bad, negative, not to be done. Yet for some, the warnings we’re given aren’t deterrents for committing sins. In Dante’s Divine Comedy, the first part explores the nine levels of Hell or Inferno. This September’s round of Twisted Hunt is inspired by Dante’s Inferno. If you haven’t heard of Twisted Hunt, it is a grid wide hunt in Secondlife that is completely free and rightfully claimed to be the hardest hunt on the grid. I’ve completed quite a few of these hunts that happen every March and September, and yes, they are the hardest hunts I’ve done in sl. But the trade off is that you get some fantastic gifts from the participating merchants. If you don’t mind working hard for some cool stuff, check out a couple of things I’ve already swiped on the hunt. So my friends at =EC Designs=, Mishmash Fusion, and ~MystRie~ all collaborated on another side hunt for Twisted Hunt. Like their side hunt for Twisted Hunt Atlantis in March, you must travel through multiple levels, finding a prize and the correct teleport object. This time though, you must venture much like Dante, through the nine levels of Hell. If you aren’t feeling the heat in the side hunt, it’s not required, although you do get to see the main prize from =EC Designs= at the end. The final level of Hell features a frozen lake, skulls, and well… a lot of bad juju from the worst sinners. The actual prize from =EC  Designs= is a frozen lake with trees around it that you can sit on with friends or a loved one or use some of the ropes to “hang out” on. It’s a bit creepy and spooky, and perfect for Halloween season. There are a TON of pose options for couples and singles, even a spot for petite avatars! Hunt for this prize in the =EC Designs= shop. Also out in the shop are some gachas to play, one of which are skates to use on your new lake from Hell. Unrigged, the Hellskates should work for most human avatars. if you wear a mesh body, you should only need to detach or hide your feet. Classic avatars can adjust the height of the skate to suit. Collect all of the skates and show off your skating skills on your new lake!

To match the Hellskates, Mishmash Fusion also has a gacha with ice skating dresses out. Sorry gents, no outfits for you, but the hunt prize has a nice suit for both women and men! The Hellskater Outfits match each of the Hellskates so you can have a complete set if you get a matching pair OR you can buy the fatpack and have them all. Sizes for the outfit are modeled for Belleza, Slink, Maitreya, eBody, and Tonic mesh bodies. Boys Like a Little More Booty to Hold at Night

Summer is slowly winding down to its end. Our lazy warm days shorten bit by bit but still we dance and play as if it will never end. Couples wander, teasing and making mischief amongst the yellowing grasses. Kisses stolen by the campfire on a cool summer’s evening. Hazy days we’ve had. Soon over and dreamt of with whimsy during the cold winter days.

In hopes of holding onto summer’s fun a bit longer, the Cart Sale opened two days ago with many merchants offering lovely 10 linden summer goodies. I will be sharing some of what you can find in my next few posts.

My first look is a cute little dress from Mishmash Fusion that you can find in three colors. The Starseed Mini is a wonderfully flirty dress. Sizes included for each dress fit 3 Belleza, 2 Slink, Maitreya, and eBody mesh bodies. Grab this gem and tease your favorite eye candy as you bend over to pet some cute critters or fix a shoe. My friend followed me around and had picked up the Sleeveless Shirt from Dark Water Designs at the Cart Sale as well. Several colors are up for grabs, each one coming with models for Adam, Altamura, Signature, Slink, and ExMachina male mesh bodies.

Another cute outfit I found is from Sweet Willows. My second look has somewhat of a nautical flavor with its dark blue top and white and blue striped skirt. This outfit is only available for Maitreya mesh bodies but there are four colors to pick from and the fit is nice. It’s casual enough not to feel overdressed going out, but cute enough that you won’t feel plain on a day date. Anyone up for some sailing? For a bit of whimsy, I added the Bottled Fairy Earrings from the Dark Fae which are also at the Cart Sale in five different colors. Each color of fairy is safely contained in a small glass bottle entwined with a bit of wire to be suspended from your ear.

For the guys, you can find the Kimono Shirt from Dark Water Designs in four color options. This top has sizes for the male mesh bodies Adam, Jake, Signature, and Slink. While these are not traditional kimonos, they are comfy and casual enough for any guy just hanging out.

Looking for a nice setup in your yard to hangout while it’s still warm? =EC Designs= has you set! Check out their new Campfire Logs, Campfire, and the matching Campfire Stumps in the Campfire Set. The campfire logs come with four different versions of the pillows and cute sits for females, males, and couples. Remember to Let Her Into Your Heart

Spring has sprung, showing her face here and there at last. With more sun, blooms peeking out, and birds chirping in the early hours again, there is a renewed sense of hope for brighter days ahead of us. Part of the season change, for me, is refreshing my look, cleaning out the old tired clothes, and finding new pieces that call to me. If I can find them on sale, even better! Today I am sharing some of the cute things for sale at the Cart Sale at the Wash that has been dubbed Sunny Side Up.

The dress that I’m wearing is from one of my favorite shops, Mishmash Fusion, and is called Imagine. Each color or pattern option comes with 8 different mesh models which are fitted for Slinks Physique and Hourglass, Bellezas Freya, Isis, and Venus; Maitreya Lara, eBody, and classic avatar standard fit bodies. The fit on my Maitreya Lara body is nice and the dress is sweet and cute. If you don’t want to show as much skin, you could wear some leggings underneath. For 10L, this dress is a bargain! I’ve paired this dress with a pair of cute heels in violet from the Dark Fae which are also at the Cart Sale. The Delicate Rose heels are available in 9 colors and fitted for Belleza, Slink, and Maitreya mesh high feet. While there is not a fatpack option, if you get every pair, that’s only 90L and a steal in my opinion. Wear these heels with a pair of jeans to be cute and casual or wear them with a dress like I did for a nice afternoon out.

Around me you will see various decor on the wall that is from Dark Knight Decor. These pieces are perfect for a kitchen, bathroom, office space, or workshop to add a touch of spring.  Little details on each piece add to their charm like the woodgrain on the plank or the shine on the seed jars.  Each of these pieces and more cute knick knacks and flower arrangements are up for grabs for 10L apiece at the Cart Sale.

My last item for this post is the shark which is from =EC Designs= and is one of two on sale for a limited time. After the Cart Sale, both will be put in a gacha at the =EC Design= mainstore with a bunch of other cute sharks. Each shark has a ton of single sits for females and males. Whether you are a parent, kid, or just like sharks, you don’t want to miss out on these amazing items! Toss a few of these out in a casual sitting area for a bunch of friends and just chill out or throw some out for your kids to have pirate battles with.

Trade Them for a Package of Sunshine and Flowers

Hey everyone! I am back again and sharing some finds from the Cart Sale. I know I’m a bit late but you MUST see some of the wonderful spring inspired releases available before it ends February 14th. Don’t waste any time and go check it out now!

Where do I begin? There’s so much goodness to find and all at a bargain price of 10L per item. I’ll start with what my friend is wearing. The sweet green dress from Mishmash Fusion comes in mesh sizes for Maitreya, Slink Physique and Hourglass, Belleza Freya, Isis, and Venus, eBody bodies and standard fitmesh for classic avatars. At the Cart Sale, you can find this cute dress in six colors in the blossom print and two in a hearts prints all for 10L each. She paired her dress with these darling shoes and socks from The Dark Fae in the solid version. Each of the five packs of shoes with socks and the five sets of socks come with a HUD with several color or print options. Sizes come fitted for all Belleza, both Slink, Maitreya, and Tonic feet. These shoes and the sock versions are super adorable and honestly a steal considering each one has its own hud with color options.

The second look is one I’m wearing in purple. I’m wearing a dress from K&A Design called Rhea and is available in three colors at the Cart Sale. This dress comes with all of the most popular mesh body sizes as well as standard mesh sizes and fitmesh sizes. I had no problems with fitting and the top part has just enough transparency for a little extra spice. My shoes are from Mishmash Fusion, made for Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink feet and are available in three colors.

My second look shows an outfit from battle fairy that is available in several colors. These sets can be mix and matched if you buy more than one color or mix them with other tops or bottoms to your liking. I love the texturing on the top and skirt; the back details of the top give this outfit a nice surprise as you turn. Sizes included for this dress fit all three Belleza, both Slink, and Maitreya bodies. My final look for this post is a combo of a top from Dark Water Designs and a skirt from CroM. Dark Water Designs has two color versions of this fringed top for sale and they come with five standard mesh sizes as well as fitted models for Belleza, Maitreya, Slink eBody, Tonic, TMP, and Ocacin. You could pair this with some bikini bottoms and a sarong or shorts and be beach ready! From CroM, the skirt is a vibrant blue mini skirt that comes in standard mesh sizes and fitted models for Belleza, Slink, Maitreya, TMP, eBody, and Tonic bodies.

I have a lot of the furniture pieces from =EC Designs= packed into this post and it’s really a steal if you grabbed everything. 60L for a full furniture set is a bargain. This retro inspired set works great for small spaces and offers a lot of animation options in the couch, chairs, cabinet, and bookcase for singles and couples. Just want the couch and chairs or just the chairs? Each item comes in its own pack so you can pick what you want. The drawers and cupboard doors all open on the cabinet and bookcase so you can display or “store” items as you desire. All of the table options come in a single pack as well. I’ve added a few of the items from Dark Knight Decor to add a soft spring touch to the room. The wall frame, chicken vases, and trio of frames are each on sale for 10L. These Boots are Made for Walking

Hello readers! I hope you’ve all had wonderful holidays if you celebrated and enjoyed time with loved ones. Today I am doing something a little different. Pictured below is NOT Safe For Work. In the past I have not felt comfortable sharing pieces like this but I have been blessed with the support of good friends and family and feel like exploring this side a little bit. Sparks Fly From Her Finger Tips

Hi there guys! I hope you are all well and enjoying the fall colors. I know I am. I am also enjoying the fantastic creations merchants are putting out for the season. Right now the Cart Sale is having a special event for their 10 year Anniversary sale. On top of their usual 10L sale there are also gachas! This event will be going on longer than normal to give everyone plenty of time to shop. I have some peeks at what you can find there.

One of my favorite pieces this round is the gacha set from Mishmash Fusion. The Cobwebbed Dress has rich colors overlayed with spiderwebs that give it just a subtle spooky feel and the ruffle trim is nice and soft so you’ll still look cute. Each color comes in standard fitted and mesh sizes for for Maitreya, Slink Physique & Hourglass, Belleza Freya, Isis, & Venus; and eBody bodies. There are no rares so be sure to play it a few times! Only 20L a pull! To match the dress, I’m wearing The Dark Fae’s Samba heels which come fitted for Maitreya, Slink, and Belleza feet. The rare for this gacha is a fatpack will every color option.

My wonderful friend Mits picked up another dress from Mishmash Fusion that is on sale, the Lillian Dress Day of the Dead in pink. This dress comes in the same sizes as the Cobwebbed Dress and is covered in sugar skulls on the skirt. You’ll find matching shoes shaped like coffins for standard, Maitreya, Slink, and Belleza feet.

Both Mits and I are wearing nail polish from Koffin Nails that are on sale at the Cart Sale. They come in appliers for Maitreya, Slink, and omega. I’m wearing the special Pumpkin Spice Latte nail polish because I am a sucker for pumpkins and anything harvest-y. Check out our nails!

The living room set is from =EC Designs= and is called the Hideaway Parlor Set, which is comprised of five pieces sold for 10L apiece. A chair, couch, coffee table, side table, and lamp for 50L is a fantastic bargain. The couches come in in a version with a blanket and leaf pattern on the storage baskets and a version without the blanket and a pumpkin on the basket. There are PG couples and single sits in the couch and single sits in the chairs so there are plenty of options for everyone in the family.

On the wall are pictures that come in a set inspired by Edgar Allen Poe created by *PAN*. Also included in the set is a shelf that is not shown and the Nevermore lettering on the table. The pumpkins are from a gacha by Sequel with just one rare that I found to be darling and perfect for adding a touch of Halloween without going scary. The candelabra in the corner has a menu that let’s you pick the metal texture, candle flame type, and light colors. Even when it’s not spooky season, these pieces are great for any home.

Lastly I wanted to share the Crystal Skull that I have on the coffee table. Made by Dark Knight Decor, this fun rotating skull in a crystal will read your fortune when touched. Varying messages are pre-loaded into the notecard contents but it is fully customizeable so you can create your own fortunes! Or make some to scare your friends. Just remember what you put out comes back to you threefold!
