Hello everyone! I hope you are all staying safe and healthy in these crazy times. I know I’m slowly starting to go a bit more insane… With all of the time at home, you’d think we would be more productive with projects we’ve left unfinished for a while, but alas, we’re just trying to cope in these strange circumstances. One of the best ways to do so is to listen to some good music. What’s your favorite band, genre, song? Whatever makes you relax or feel upbeat, turn it up and dance around in your room or while you make some food.
Another good way to have some fun is shopping! I know some are struggling to save money while they are out of work, but there are some great deals in SecondLife that won’t break your bank. The Cart Sale at the Wash has begun and is chock full of items that are 50L or less. Some of what I am currently wearing is from the Cart Sale. My dress was created by Sweet Willows and there are seven different color/pattern options to pick from and only costs 10L. Every single color/pattern comes in mesh sizes fitted for Maitreya Lara, Slink Physique and Hourglass, and the Belleza Freya bodies. My hat is from Tiar, and while it is called Mens hat, I found it gives a fun twist to my look. It is modifiable to make sure you have the purrfect fit.

As spring finally takes hold, I have more bargains for you to see that you can grab at the Cart Sale. The event officially ends April 10th, though some merchants may keep their booths open a few days longer. Check it out before it’s too late!
Today I am sharing more from =EC Designs=. In my last post I shared their adorable Spring Tea Set; they also have several other items up for sale that would look lovely in your garden. Pictured here are the matching Spring Chair, Spring Table, and Spring Bench which are all sold separately so you can choose which pieces you want. There is also an arch and a bridge that match these pieces to make a full set. Both the Spring Chair and Spring Bench have single sits for males and females; only the bench has PG couples animations. I found other pieces as well for my garden at the Cart Sale. The Morocan Candle & Ivy Lamp from StoraxTree adds a nice soft glow for a quiet evening outside and the Home Store has many cute things, one of which is the pond formed by gray stones. For my new spring wardrobe, I picked up another dress, this time from battle fairy. The lydia set comes in six different patterns for you to choose from. Each set includes fitted sizes for Belleza Freya, Isis, and Venus; Slink Physique and Hourglass, and Maitreya Lara mesh bodies. Each dress also comes with matching shoes for Belleza, Slink, and Maitreya feet. A word of caution though, the dresses are very short so you may want to wear some panties underneath it. My second outfit contains two other items from the Cart Sale. Sweet Willows has a very cute tube top that has a butterfly over the front in four different colors fitted for the Maitreya Lara body. My shoes are from Ciara’s Boutique and come with resize scripts so they should fit all types of SL feet which come in the 50L shoe fatpack. In this fatpack you’ll find several patterns of sneakers and heels that match the other clothing items Ciara’s Boutique is offering for sale.

My first look is both casual and flirty. Perfect for a day downtown or at the club. The Ava Outfit from Kuid has a floral pattern that reminds me of the vibrant looks from various latin countries. My second look is from Jellyroll. Multiple colors of this lovely gown are available and there is even a winter inspired gown. There is some clipping on the straps in the back on the Maitreya fitted size but the rest of the gown fits nicely. Other sizes included fit TMP, Slink Physique and Hourglass, Belleza Freya, Isis, and Venus mesh bodies. Wear this dress out on the beach or dress it up for a formal gathering.

Greetings beautiful people, it’s been awhile since I’ve posted and a lot has changed for me in a short time as it always does. I’m here this time to share some goodies you can find to help make your home festive and cozy for the holiday season. Cart Sale opened a few days ago with lots of bargains and Dictatorshop has new items up for grabs as well. If you’re unfamiliar with the Cart Sale, it’s held at the Wash and features items on sale for 10 lindens and merchants are allowed to sell one item for 50 lindens. The current round is Winter Wonderland themed and there’s some great wintery attire to find like the jammies from Sweet Willows. I found the Jester set fun but there are some other sets available that are more holiday themed if you prefer. Each jammie set comes in sizes for Maitreya, Slink Physique, and Slink Hourglass mesh bodies. The fit is really nice and makes the bum look great! There are some new releases from Dictatorshop that I have out, the first of which is the Chesterfield Coffee Table from Dictatorshop. Two versions are available, PG or Adult Vanilla, which allows you to pick what you need to complete your living room set. In the Adult Vanilla version, there are singles poses for both female and males as well as couples poses that will make your toes curl. By clicking the logo, you can change the wood textures and metal textures. Dictatorshop also has a new fireplace in the main store that comes with a bondage version and a decor only version. Textures are customizable and you can choose from a selection of art photos to display or add your own. The Chateau Bondage Fireplace has poses that work for one submissive or two and is a good option for people who enjoy objectification play. For both the table and fireplace, please note that I have slightly tinted them darker to match my cabin a little better.
To add some festive charm to the room, I have a couple things from KK Home that are at the Cart Sale. The Hunter Log Rack goes well with any fireplace and will help you stay warm inside while the weather gets cold. I also grabbed the Nutcracker to place on the mantle because it reminds me of the ones I own in real life.
Lastly, Dark Knight Decor has some great pieces at the Cart Sale that are festive and a little quirky. Two Shadowboxes are up for grabs. I grabbed the blue version and hung it up on my wall for a little winter sparkle.

There is a strange magic in the air; I sensed it not long ago, shifting and turning about as it changes directions. Before the new moon, my energies were high, my hopes great. Like the sea, the tidal changes keep me off balance but one thing is for certain. I will never quit dreaming and feeling the magic with every change. Change, that thing we all detest because it brings the strange, the unknown, the chaos, and often the painful. Yet, with each change, no matter dark or light, there is beauty.
So as we embrace the coming of summer, shedding the dregs of a cold winter, remember to take with you winter’s bittersweetness. Without the dark, there is no light. Take the darkness, mold it and shape it as you dream, using it to fuel your passions for the coming seasons and your dreams.
Less than a day left of the Cart Sale and I’m still finding gems to pick up. Today I am wearing some cute earrings from Poème that are mandalas and come in a range of colors to choose from. Pair them with your favorite bohemian look or some jeans and t-shirt for a little extra charm.
On my back you can see a new tattoo I found from InnerJoy Love Designs called Henna. It’s a beautifully done tattoo that comes with Omega appliers with the option of light or dark depending on how new you want it to look. Classic tattoo layers are also included. For 10L, this is a real steal. I also picked up more nail polish from De’Fient Unicorn. This set is for Maitreya Lara nails only and has a hud with fIve color options for both hands and feet.
For the guys, there’s some nice casual clothing to snatch up. My friend is wearing the shirt from the Faded Denim Weekend set by Dark Water Designs.This set comes with two versions of the shirt, with or without the undershirt, in TMP, 3 fitted mesh, and 3 standard mesh sizes. Shorts come in four mesh sizes. Overall fit was good and the set is set up for mixing and matching with other clothing.
Lastly I am sharing a newer release from Dictatorshop that is currently at ROMP. The Contempo bed is loaded with all of your favorite animations and matching leathers to go with the Contempo line. There are three different options for sale; PG, Adult Vanilla, and Adult Kink. PG version has only the cuddles and snuggles, no adult animations. Adult Vanilla adds the fun animations but none of the bondage related ones. Adult Kink has everything; cuddles, massages, vanilla adult animations, MaleDom and FemDom animations, and the new threesome menu that was requested. While the beds are at ROMP, they are 20% off until they move into the mainstore after May 26th.
Hello lovely people! The Cart Sale’s 10th Birthday/Anniversary round is nearing its end but I wanted to share a few more things to find there. All of the creators have really put in a ton of extra effort to make this a special event so don’t miss it before it ends on November 1st!
I have been feeling a little bit sexy lately and this is partly due to the new lingerie set I got from Dark Water Designs. This set is a gacha with babydoll dresses and panties that you can mix and match or if you snag the ultra rare, it is the fatpack of every solid lace and print option. The rares are fatpacks of the solid lace OR the print options. My favorite is the black and gray print version but there are many other pretty options to collect. For this post, my special man is guest starring and he seemed to like this set quite a bit as well. Sizes for this gacha are available for the Maitreya, all three Bellezas, both Slinks, TMP, and Standard bodies. Each pull is only 20L so play have fun playing this gacha and tease your man ladies! Some of the furniture I used in the first photo are from events that have been going on in October. On the wall is a clock from An Lema that I thought was spooky fun and it is one of several items they have at the Cart Sale. Unless you are good at scripting/building, moving it around is a bit tricky because the pendulum seems to only swing on one rotation. For decor though, it suits the mood of the room plenty for me.
I also wanted to share this piece from Dictatorshop that I got in the October Bound Box. The Venus Cubed Ladies Entertainment Center is excellent for teasing, pleasing, and lounging around. While animations are heavily geared towards females, there are still plenty of options for males to enjoy including the couples’ animations. There are not couple’s pg poses except for the dances so keep little ones away from this or tuck it away in your playroom. Textures can be changed via the Dictatorshop logo on the back as well as security options. If you’d like, you can also try adding your own textures to it for more versatility. From Vicarious Youth at the Cart Sale, you’ll find a few Halloween themed outfits. Some are matching for moms and their little girls, some are for teens or adults. The outfit I’m wearing is Resting Witch Face and comes in five standard mesh sizes and mesh models for Maitreya, Belleza, and Slink. Bottoms and tops are combined so it’s easy fitting.
On my shoulder is a little Voodoo gacha from =EC Designs= that they made for Cart Sale. Each one is scripted to randomly say something or you can click it to pester it into saying something as well. Voodoo dolls are also customizable if you want them to say something else. Collect them all!
Lastly I want to share another item from =EC Designs= that is at the Cart Sale. For 50L, this piece has a LOT of animations to help you get cozy and comfy for the season. As someone who likes to let out her inner cat, this lounger is purrrfect for curling up with a good book or with your sweetie to enjoy some fresh air. All of these poses are PG so no worries if you have little ones. They may want you to put it in their room too because they can sit on top!

A little bit of a rant or musing to start things off today followed by a special giveaway to celebrate reaching 50 blog posts! Read on to find out about the giveaway!
Lately I have been reminiscing on some of the events of the past year or so. Remembering the people that have moved in and out of my life and the lessons I have taken from them. It is incredible what an influence some people have had in such a short time while other lessons came from mistakes or taking a wrong turn. My morning has been a bit quieter than usual as I remember those lessons.
I know my last few posts have been a bit more upbeat and summery cheerful, so this post probably seems a bit less peppy. As a human, I can only be cheerful for so long before another obstacle gets thrown in my path that tries to knock me down. But you know what? I will keep fighting for the happiness I know I deserve. Maybe I need a day or two to get back into gear, but I will never stop swinging my bat at each ball that tries to strike me out. So my adventure for today took me to a baseball field in Chicago where I practiced focusing on hitting each ball out of the park and refocusing my mind on what is important. What is that you ask? Well…Â Me.
Now that might sound selfish, but consider this. If you spread yourself too thin, trying to please everyone you come across, you can never be happy because you have no time for yourself and what makes you happy. This was something I’ve had to learn and really, I’m still working on it. My health and happiness are first and foremost before I can be expected to help others. I will always make time for those who are closest to me; yet I have reevaluated who those people are and adjusted my priorities accordingly to give myself the best chance of smiling every day. Life is too short. Spend it doing what you love and with the people you love.
So, you’re probably wondering by now if i will just get to the clothes I’m wearing. Don’t fret! Today I am wearing a fun T-shirt dress from Dark Water Designs that is currently at the Cart Sale in three colors and a couple solid knit versions. Included are five standard mesh sizes and fitted models for Belleza Isis & Venus, Slink Physique & Hourglass, Maitreya Lara, and TMP bodies. I really love how this dress fits and feels a bit sporty. The small clipping on the leg is really only visible because of the pose I used. Wear it to a game or at home while getting comfy on the couch. Another gorgeous day here! I hope you all are enjoying the sun and staying cool. Today I want to share more great finds from the Cart Sale to use while you try to cool off in the heat wave that is upon us.
Like I mentioned in my last blog post, I am excited for different summer adventures but this weekend got to be a little too hot! So I decided I needed to find a good way to cool off and well, the best way to do that is around water. One of the other items I found from =EC Designs= at the Cart Sale is this awesome raft. Built from sturdy lumber and decked out with comfy pillows and a blanket to lay on while you sunbathe, this raft is perfect for floating down the stream or hanging out on the lake. A raft can hold two singles, or a couple and has animations for singles for females and males as well as couple poses. Poses are adjustable so you can find just the right spot to cuddle your honey or get just the right amount of water on your toes.
From Mishmash Fusion I am showing you a few different versions of the Xanadu Trikini. I invited a few friends over to chill with me and we turned it into a swimsuit party on a couple of my new rafts. First up, my lovely friend Cara is wearing the Blue Paisley version of the Trikini for Slink Physique. Miri is wearing a special hunt edition in red on the Maitreya Lara body. Find this lovely piece until the hunt ends this Friday (though Myst told me she may leave it out longer). I am wearing the Blue Transparent version on my Maitreya Lara body. Sizes included for all versions are Maitreya Lara, Slink Physique & Hourglass, eBody, Standard Large, and Standard Small. General fit seems nice on the Slink Physique body but there is minor clipping on the tummy and hips of the Maitreya when moving. This is in part due to shape, different ao movements, and the way the original mesh creator built the mesh. Please try a demo to be sure of what you are going to see before purchasing. The transparent versions are very transparent and do show all bits so wear with caution! Or tempt that eye candy with it. 😉
