Hello everyone! I hope you are all staying safe and healthy in these crazy times. I know I’m slowly starting to go a bit more insane… With all of the time at home, you’d think we would be more productive with projects we’ve left unfinished for a while, but alas, we’re just trying to cope in these strange circumstances. One of the best ways to do so is to listen to some good music. What’s your favorite band, genre, song? Whatever makes you relax or feel upbeat, turn it up and dance around in your room or while you make some food.
Another good way to have some fun is shopping! I know some are struggling to save money while they are out of work, but there are some great deals in SecondLife that won’t break your bank. The Cart Sale at the Wash has begun and is chock full of items that are 50L or less. Some of what I am currently wearing is from the Cart Sale. My dress was created by Sweet Willows and there are seven different color/pattern options to pick from and only costs 10L. Every single color/pattern comes in mesh sizes fitted for Maitreya Lara, Slink Physique and Hourglass, and the Belleza Freya bodies. My hat is from Tiar, and while it is called Mens hat, I found it gives a fun twist to my look. It is modifiable to make sure you have the purrfect fit.

Hello everyone! It’s been some time since I’ve last posted. My Muse took a little holiday but she’s been tempted back by a few events that have recently begun. Today I am sharing an item from one of my favorite shops, =EC Designs=, that is currently on sale at the SL Home and Garden Expo.
=EC Designs= has created a beautiful raft that will be perfect for lazy summer days in the heat on the river. There are so many poses loaded into this raft that you will never run out of options whether you are single or cuddled up with a special someone. Six avatars can sit on the All Aboard Raft which means you have quite a few seating combinations between six singles, 3 couples, or some variation of the two. While couples do need to sit in a certain spot for the poses to mesh appropriately for female and male couples, individuals may sit in any location and choose from female or male pose menus. No matter which menu you’re using, there are TONS of options. While at the SL Home and Garden Expo, this fantastic piece will be discounted and 100% of its sales go to Relay for Life so you will be contributing to a good cause while also getting a good deal! Also peek at their Harboside Gazebo and Porthole Clocks Gacha while you are there.

Hello lovelies! It has been a beautiful week here for me. At last, the sun is shining and it appears that summer is here to stay so I am enjoying a bit of the outdoor scene before the weather changes its mind. With new adventures coming my way, I decided I needed a few new things to stay comfy while traipsing about the grid.
The Cart Sale started up again June 21 and will run through July 5. Every item is only 10 lindens. Yes, you read that right. Only 10 lindens! So what do the merchants have in store for us? Lots of new clothes (female, male, and kids), furniture, and decor for outdoors are for sale for the event.
One of my first summer adventures was sailing out on the sea. I secured a boat, got it out on some water, then readied myself for a bright day out along the coast. My outfit is from {Ezmerelda’s} and is an omega applier look. The hat matches and has a resizer script so you can be sure to get the purrfect fit. Both outfit and hat can be found with matching slink nails at the Cart Sale. Remember, omega appliers work with many mesh bodies!
After my seafaring adventure, I decided I needed some time in the backyard. I had purchased some pink wildflowers from Crys Secret Garden and wanted to get them planted as soon as possible. I also picked up a cute tent that is nice and shady for having cake and iced tea in the afternoon. Since I was just going to be at home, I decided to wear my new hot pants from Roped Passion and new top from The Little Bat. The hot pants comes in five standard mesh sizes and fitted mesh models for Belleza Venus and Isis, Slink Physique and Hourglass, Maitreya Lara, and TMP bodies. Different colors come with different words emblazoned on the booty. And well, purple has always been my color. The top comes with a HUD with twelve color options to match any outfit and includes five standard mesh sizes, Belleza Venus, Maitreya Lara, Slink Physique and Hourglass, and TMP sizes. I had no issues with fit with either piece on my Maitreya body but always try a demo!

One of my friends helped me plant the flowers and set up the tent, so naturally I had to get cake for us to reward ourselves for our hard day’s work. Each cake from Dark Knight Decor comes in a version to dispense a cake slice and decor only version. I pulled out my new Deck Set from =EC Designs= to relax under the tent and eat our cake. This set has a small table, chair, and lounger in teak wood that is nice and sturdy for any type of weather. Both the chair and lounger come scripted with single female and male animations that should suit anyone’s taste. We both relaxed with our cake for the afternoon and admired the wildflowers.
Oh and for the guys, if you were wondering about my buddy’s shorts, those are at the Cart Sale too. These shorts are from The Dark Fae and are designed for several of the popular male mesh bodies; sizes included fitted mesh models for Slink, Aesthetic, Adam, Signature, and Belleza’s Jake mesh bodies. Corvi has not only included sizing for all of these bodies, she’s made two versions, Loose and Tight, for each color so the fellas can find the perfect look and fit. Hey everyone! Fantasy Faire has been running for the past week or so and will be closing soon. I have been stuck in university research land but I was able to get into Fantasy Faire to grab a few things. Hi everyone! I know things have been pretty quiet around here lately. I had a very bad cold for over a week then have been running around to doctor appointments and juggling multiple school projects. But I am back! And just in time for all the holiday buzz. This post is just the start of a few because I am happy to announce I will be blogging for the Cart Sale at the Wash again which runs from December 14th 2016 through January 4, 2017. So without further ado, let’s see what treats we have to play with until the Wash opens, shall we?
To start things off, I’d like to talk about this lovely throne I’m sitting on with my handsome friend. Dictatorshop created this beautifully detailed Dragon Throne with the same animations as the popular Oak Leaf Throne. If you look closely, you can see the delicate Celtic knotwork carved into the wood along with the dragon heads and clawed feet of the throne’s front legs. While this may not exactly suit the typical household décor theme, it would be excellent for roleplay sims or an older styled home. I personally love Celtic designs and dragons and have an eclectic style in my home. Included animations are Solosits, Cuddles, Kisses, Dances, and adult animations under the MaleDom and FemDom menus. Smooth and easy to adjust via the Adjust button in the menu, these animations will delight anyone who wants to feel royal.
Feel like dressing up and looking festive? Mishmash Fusion has just what the ladies need with one of their newest releases, Feeling Elvish. Shiny and soft like satin, this dress will have you dancing and singing Christmas carols in no time with all the options. It comes with five standard sizes and fitted mesh models for Maitreya Lara, Slink Physique, and Slink Hourglass. The included Hud allows you to pick between 8 color options for the top, top frill, bottom, bottom extra frill, belt, and 4 metal options for the belt buckle. Not quite happy with these choices? Occasionally, we all encounter people who annoy us, give us the creeps, or do something that results in causing us pain. For the past few months I’ve been healing and rediscovering myself. Part of this process has led me to meet some interesting characters and some of them, are not so great. I’ll admit, my witchy side started to take over. So, as any good girl (or is that bad?) would do, I went into my attic and wove some spells to summon a demon for a little vengeance. Hint: Check the window. Who said we can’t help Karma along?
To cast my spell, I decided to wear something to give me a bit of extra confidence. My dress is from Mishmash Fusion and comes in a great selection of colors. Ladies, this dress is perfect for going out on the town for the night to lure unsuspecting men for some fun or for staying in and weaving witchy spells. 🙂 You won’t be disappointed! Easter has recently passed and I can’t help thinking about all the ways we are shaped by the cultures we are raised in. Different parts of the world celebrate the same holiday in different ways and this changes how we express ourselves in what we wear, how we act, and more. In this post, I’m sharing different looks that appeal to varying tastes because they draw influences from different walks of life.
For my first look, my dress from Dark Water Designs is inspired by floras found in the eastern hemisphere. The dress comes in standard mesh sizes and includes a HUD with four Asian floral designs. If you wear a mesh body and are a tad bustier, expect to wear the larger size. My wedges are also from Dark Water Designs and while the floral patterns on the HUD don’t quite match the dress pattern I’m wearing, they still look fun and cute together. Not a fan of floral? There’s a pair of Vintage Grunge Wedges set for sale at the Cart Sale too. Find these lovely pieces and more for 10L while you can.
In my second look, I’m wearing one of Anachron’s pieces from the Cart Sale. This beautiful chiton comes in a multitude of colors in standard mesh sizes. I did mod my shape to have smaller breasts to fit size M but the large would have worked as well. I really love how nicely this piece drapes over the body and the textures are beautiful. You’ll feel like a Greek princess or goddess in it.
For teatime with the girls, I went with a little dress from Lilbit Sass and a hat from NSP. The dress comes in standard mesh sizes, busty sizes, fitted mesh sizes, and fitted mesh sizes for the Maitreya, Belleza, and Slink bodies. Not seen is the gorgeous strap design on the back. I had no issues with fit at all. The hat has an easy to use resize script which allows you to fit this lovely hat to any head and accommodate hair as well. Together these pieces give me an Audrey Hepburn vibe or some other high- fashion lady without feeling over-glamorous.
My last look is mostly just for fun. Rowena’s Designs has a cute dress and matching heels out for sale. The included HUD has a nice basic color selection to suit any girl’s mood. This dress has standard sizes, fitted sizes, and meshes for Belleza, Maitreya and Slink mesh bodies too. If you’re headed to the club, you might find some fun tip jars like this Peeps Tipjar from Xtreme Designs. They have quite a few Easter or spring themed tip jars for sale at the Cart Sale. These peeps look so yummy I had a hard time not taking a bite of them! 😀 The background and floor textures in this photo are from Timeless Textures which has a nice selection of full perm textures up for grabs. I’m not normally someone who likes pink but the plaid was so cute I couldn’t resist.

Hello everyone! I’m bringing you more peeks into the hunt gifts from the Add Some Red Hunt 3 that you can find across the grid for free for February. Details for the hunt, Start Point, and links to the website and hints will be above the pictures.
Although somewhat inspired by Valentine’s Day, so many of the gifts are suited for many occasions or day-to-day wear. There’s less than a week left to grab these goodies so don’t delay!
One of my favorite finds from the hunt is this little red dress from [D.o.R.k] that comes in standard sizes and fitmesh. Paired with some of my new favorite heels from Mishmash Fusion, this dress is great for a day on the town with the girls or a lunch date with that special someone. I had no issues with fit on my Maitreya body with the fitted mesh option so I’m sure all you ladies will love it.
Mishmash Fusion’s hunt gift is a lovely textured red and black dress you could dress up for a date night. Along with the standard mesh sizes, Myst included fitted mesh for Maitreya, Slink Physique & Hourglass, and TMP bodies. Guys are in luck too because there’s also a men’s outfit that is not just another suit! It’s quite nice and badass so you better grab it while you can. With the dress from Mishmash Fusion, I’m wearing the hunt gift from Redrose Jewelry. These beautiful rubies will sparkle and catch the light as you dance the night away or add to a regal gown for formal occasions. My nails are painted with omega applier polish from Hapi*Rabi. Three shades of red with a lace-y/dot looking tip pattern keeps your nails looking flirty and fun.
The couch set I’m sitting on is another hunt gift for the Add Some Red Hunt from my friends at =EC Designs=. It seats two couples or four singles and has a nice selection of sits and cuddles. If you have a large room you need to fill up with a low number of prims, this is a great option. Bonus is that there’s a cute fire pit, a functional lamp, and cute picture frames for decoration.
Bombshie has designed an elegant dress for the hunt that I think would be most appropriate for an evening out. The fit was perfectly snug to show off every curve. Behind me is the full perm animated texture from SANNA that would be lovely for profile pictures or atmospheric effects.
For my last outfit, I decided to just chill on my Lit Heart outside in a t-shirt and jeans. The top is from Euphoria Couture’s hunt gift and comes in two versions. Across the front is the text “Addicted to Love” and well… Aren’t we all? The fit is quite snug (I had to fit size my boobs down to wear size M) but otherwise it’s a great top for casual days.
